Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
KANJI BOOT SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
For all other items:

We accept exchanges or returns for store credit only.

Your request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, in new condition, with all original tags attached.

Once approved, FINE CULTURE must receive your return within 7 days of issuing return authorization.
If your item doesn’t fit:

You may exchange for a different size, or
-
Return for store credit (Fine Culture Gift Card).

If your desired size is out of stock, you may exchange for another product of equal value.
Shipping for Returns/Exchanges

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

FINE CULTURE does not provide return labels.

We are not liable for lost packages during return shipping; please consider using a trackable service.
Approval Required

Returns/exchanges must be pre-approved.

Email us with your order number within 7 days of delivery for authorization.

Packages sent without approval may be returned to the sender and no exchange or credit will be processed.
Processing & Store Credit

Once your item is received, please allow 1–3 business days for processing.

If approved, we will:

Ship your exchange item free of charge, or
-
Email you a Fine Culture Gift Card for store credit.

Store credit includes the item cost plus applicable tax only.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
Refunds

Due to our fast fulfillment process, orders cannot be canceled once placed, except in specific preorder cases.

For in-stock items, we typically ship within 2–4 business days.

Preorders ship within 8 weeks of the order date.

If we do not ship your order within the stated timeframe, you may contact customer service to request a cancellation and refund.
If a refund has been issued but not received:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to post.
